Customer Complaints Officer

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Customer Complaints Advisor for CV-Library in Hounslow. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for handling customer complaints and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide clarity, advice, and support to customers regarding their complaints.
- Collaborate with the Customer Relations Team Lead and Senior Customer Relations Officers to resolve complex complaints.
- A general awareness of General Data Protection Regulations and Data Protection Act 2018.
- An understanding of processes and procedures relating to the retention of electronic and paper records.
- Knowledge of good practice in handling complaints and customer feedback.
The estimated salary for this role is £18.38 per hour (PAYE) or £23.77 per hour (UMB). This is a temporary assignment with the possibility of extension.
