Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Customer Complaints Advisor for CV-Library in Hounslow. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for handling customer complaints and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Handle customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Provide clarity, advice, and support to customers regarding their complaints.
  3. Collaborate with the Customer Relations Team Lead and Senior Customer Relations Officers to resolve complex complaints.
Requirements
  • A general awareness of General Data Protection Regulations and Data Protection Act 2018.
  • An understanding of processes and procedures relating to the retention of electronic and paper records.
  • Knowledge of good practice in handling complaints and customer feedback.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £18.38 per hour (PAYE) or £23.77 per hour (UMB). This is a temporary assignment with the possibility of extension.
