Compliance and Complaints Resolution Officer

We are looking for an experienced Complaints and Compliance Officer to join our team at Daniel Owen Ltd. As a key member of the Property Services Division, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of complaints and ensuring that all concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Your duties will include consulting with colleagues to develop engagement processes, preparing stage 1 complaint responses, and reviewing information provided to ensure it meets customer expectations. In addition, you will support leading on activities required under the Building Compliance Framework for properties owned or leased by Certitude.
Key Job Functions:
- Manage a caseload of complaints received from residents and service users via email, telephone, and online resident portal.
- Consult with colleagues to develop engagement processes and collate information to prepare stage 1 complaint responses.
- Review information provided to ensure it addresses each concern raised by customers.
- Support and lead on activities required under the Building Compliance Framework for properties owned or leased by Certitude.
What We Offer:
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer an attractive hourly rate between £24-27, depending on experience. This is a contract position requiring three days of site work and two days of remote work.
