Job Description: Complaints Resolution Specialist

The AICS Group is committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are seeking a skilled Complaints Resolution Specialist to join our team and help us resolve any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze and resolve client complaints in a timely and professional manner
  2. Communicate with clients, case managers, and other stakeholders to find solutions
  3. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to prevent future complaints
  4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop strategies for resolving complex issues

Requirements:

  • Experience in conflict resolution or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and industry best practices

Salary: £33-37k (dependent on experience)
