AI Complaint Resolution Specialist

We are working with a leading edge AI startup in the LegalTech sector. This innovative company aims to transform complaints resolution processes for regulated industries.
The role involves developing and enhancing AI-driven solutions for consumer dispute resolution within a rapidly growing market-leading startup. You will collaborate with financial services clients to optimize the efficiency and quality of complaints resolution, applying expertise in LLM technology, including fine-tuning, LLMops, agents, and frameworks like vLLM, to drive product innovation.
You will utilize strong Python skills and work with tools like GitHub, Docker, SQL, PyTorch, and AWS Sagemaker to develop scalable solutions. Participate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that offers opportunities for professional growth and product ownership. Work closely with a motivated team, combining technical skills with a strong focus on delivery and continuous improvement. Engage in a supportive, collaborative work culture with a shared passion for advancing consumer dispute resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance AI-driven solutions for consumer dispute resolution
- Collaborate with financial services clients to optimize the efficiency and quality of complaints resolution
- Apply expertise in LLM technology, including fine-tuning, LLMops, agents, and frameworks like vLLM, to drive product innovation
Requirements:
- MSc in a relevant field
- Proven experience working with LLM technologies - Fine tuning LLMOps, RAG etc.
- Strong skills in Python, Docker, SQL, AWS
- A strong work ethic and driven mindset
- A research background is a nice to have
- Scalable deployments of ML models
Salary: £80,000 per annum. Up to £100,000 based on performance and location.
