Marks Consulting Partners is seeking a skilled Complaints Resolution Specialist to work with one of our housing association clients in London.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced professional who can investigate and resolve complaints, focusing on enhancing the delivery of our services and building strong relationships with residents. This role involves managing your own caseload effectively, working autonomously, and maintaining high professional standards.
The ideal candidate will have strong written skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the self-discipline to work independently. They should also have experience working in the housing sector and managing complaint caseloads.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and resolve complaints efficiently and effectively
- Manage your own caseload, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents and other stakeholders
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a salary of £35,000 per annum.
