Senior Complaints Specialist

As a Senior Complaints Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex complaints in a timely and efficient manner. You'll work closely with our team of Complaints Specialists to ensure that customers receive the best possible service and that their concerns are addressed promptly.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in complaint resolution, customer service, and team management. You'll also be part of a dynamic and supportive team that's committed to delivering outstanding results and driving business growth.
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, as well as a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, unlimited holiday, and annual personal learning allowance.
