Job Description

As a Complaints Team Lead at Quilter plc, you will be responsible for developing and evolving existing processes to support complaints resulting from financial planning. You will work closely with our complaints specialists to resolve regulated complaints and internal reviews in a fair and impartial manner. The role requires strong IT skills, proficiency in Microsoft packages, and a comprehensive knowledge of the Financial Conduct Authority complaints requirements.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a complaints/remediation environment and a strong understanding of Financial Planning. They will also be able to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and external third parties.
