Complaints Resolution Team Lead Position

About the Role:

The Complaints Resolution Team Lead will be responsible for addressing customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service. This includes supervising and coordinating activities, training staff, estimating ingredient and supply requirements, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer complaints and concerns
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Establish work schedules

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of experience in a related field. You must also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $58,000 - $68,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and generous paid time off policy.
