Complaints Resolution Specialist

Fairstone Group Ltd. is seeking a skilled Complaints Resolution Specialist to join its Central Compliance Team. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in handling complaints received by our entities, as well as maintaining regular liaison with regulatory bodies and insurers.
Responsibilities:- Complaint Handling: Set up, acknowledge, and log new complaints when received by the central compliance team.
- Investigation and Response: Investigate and draft final response letters to clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaison with FOS: Support the Head of Central Compliance in liaising with the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), including collating business files, drafting responses, and working with performance directors and operational directors to improve processes.
- Root Cause Analysis: Conduct regular root cause analysis on complaints, working closely with performance directors and operational directors to identify areas for improvement.
- Workload Management: Manage a varied workload of complaints with competing deadlines, ensuring timely resolution.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert on complaints, providing guidance to advisers and contributing to the development of training materials.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
