Complaint Resolution Team Lead

This role involves leading the Housing Complaint Resolution Team at Service Care Solutions Ltd. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for managing the team's workflow, resolving escalated complaints, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the Housing Complaint Resolution Team, ensuring effective workflow management and resource allocation.
- Resolve escalated complaints in accordance with the Housing Ombudsman Complaint Handling Code.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, external partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and team efficiency.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Estimated Annual Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Key Requirements- Extensive experience in dispute resolution and complaint management.
- Proven leadership skills, with a track record of team success.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements, particularly the Housing Ombudsman Complaint Handling Code.
