Complaints Resolution and Exams Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Complaints Resolution and Exams Manager to join our team at International House London. This pivotal role will involve leading the resolution of customer complaints and ensuring the smooth functioning of the Exams Centre.
As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for managing candidate queries, processing payments, logging stock usage, and investigating candidate complaints. You will also oversee the processing of applications using exam registration systems, manage payments, verify ID and documentation, and conduct quality checks on examiner samples.
Furthermore, you will collaborate with the Support Staff Manager to arrange test day staff training and input sessions, monitor and maintain live test materials, collect and prepare examiner samples for monitoring, and lead support staff performance reviews and tracking.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, experience in managing complex complaints and resolving issues efficiently, and superior interpersonal and communication abilities. They will also be able to work autonomously and make informed decisions, utilize various IT packages confidently, and motivate their team to achieve high standards under pressure.
Salary: £42,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Benefits include 30 days annual leave, occasional hybrid working, access to Togetherall, corporate discounted cash health plan, Perkbox benefits, training and growth opportunities, and free language training for IH courses.
