Complaints Resolution Advisor

We are seeking a skilled and professional individual to join our team, supporting patients, carers, and families with their concerns and queries. The successful candidate will contribute to improving patient satisfaction and trust in our services.
Responsibilities- Provide point-of-contact support for patients, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Foster collaborative working relationships with clinical and non-clinical staff to resolve issues effectively.
- Manage caseloads of individual concerns, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
The salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Educated to a minimum of GCSE/O level standard, with NHS and complaints handling experience preferred.
