**Job Overview**

We are seeking a Complaints Resolution Executive to join our team at Cherry Pick People. As a key member of our Customer Care team, you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and providing exceptional service.

The successful candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in the property, housing, or construction industries. You will be responsible for investigating and solving customers' problems, as well as communicating with customers through various channels.

In this role, you will also work closely with other teams within the company to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance our customer service standards.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and successful developer as their Complaints Resolution Executive, working on their Customer Care team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate effectively with customers through telephone, email, letter, and face-to-face interactions
  • Work with other teams to identify improvements to customer service where necessary
  • Participate in meetings with customers, contractors, and external parties as required
  • Ensure customer-facing materials are up-to-date with changes in legislation or company processes

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer care or customer service roles, preferably in property, housing, or construction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Salary Range:** £35,000 - £40,000 plus annual bonus and benefits. Generous holiday allowance, healthcare, life assurance, flexible working, cycle to work scheme, and more.
