Job Summary:
Hamilton Woods Associates are recruiting for a Complaints Assistant to provide temporary support on a part-time basis, with the possibility of extension. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for handling customer feedback, providing excellent service and ensuring records are accurate.

About the Role:
This exciting opportunity is perfect for individuals with previous customer service experience and strong organisational skills. Your main duties will include advising complaint handlers, managing the enquiries inbox, investigating and responding to complaints, delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining up-to-date records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support complaint handlers in making informed decisions
  • Monitor and manage the enquiries inbox efficiently
  • Investigate and respond to customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have previous experience in customer service, as well as strong organisational skills. You should be able to work effectively in a team environment and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
