PALS and Complaints Coordinator

About the Role: The successful candidate will act as a point of contact for patients raising queries or concerns, providing compassionate support and advice to patients, families, and staff members involved in the Complaints/PALS process. You will also build and maintain good relationships with clinical and non-clinical staff across the Trust.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Educated to a minimum of GCSE/O level standard.
- NHS and complaints handling experience.
