Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to join our PALS and Complaints Team at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust. As a Complaints Resolution Specialist, you will play a crucial role in resolving patients' concerns quickly and efficiently.

About the Role: The successful candidate will act as a point of contact for patients raising queries or concerns, providing compassionate support and advice to patients, families, and staff members involved in the Complaints/PALS process. You will also build and maintain good relationships with clinical and non-clinical staff across the Trust.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Educated to a minimum of GCSE/O level standard.
  • NHS and complaints handling experience.
