Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated NHS Patient Liaison Officer to join our PALS and Complaints Team at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, carers, and staff across the trust.
