RTT Patient Pathway Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented RTT Patient Pathway Validator to join our team at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust. As a validator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of patient pathway data.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in RTT validation and strong knowledge of MS Office and MS Outlook. You will be responsible for understanding all aspects of a patient's pathway from referral to treatment, including reading and understanding patient case notes, booking and cancelling outpatient appointments, and adding patients to day case/inpatient waiting lists.
The salary for this position is £31,081 to £33,665 per annum, inclusive of HCAS. The contract is permanent, and the working pattern is full-time. We offer a dynamic working environment where we support frontline staff to implement improvements.
To be successful in this role, you must be able to utilize the MS Excel application as required to record validations. You will also need to have strong communication skills and be able to work effectively with a team. Additionally, you must be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent and have achieved Grade C in English Language & Maths GCSE or equivalent.
