Job Overview

Kings College Hospital is a leading NHS trust providing a wide range of healthcare services. We are seeking an experienced Medical Secretary and Pathway Coordinator to join our team.

This role will involve providing administrative support to clinicians and coordinating patient pathways. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and have a good understanding of medical terminology.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £31,944 - £34,937 per annum pro rata incl HCA. In addition to the salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including pension scheme, life insurance and annual leave.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to clinicians including transcription of clinic letters and reports
  • Coordinate patient pathways and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Act as a point of contact for users of the trust, dealing with telephone calls and enquiries
