Job Title: Senior Medical Coordinator
HCA Healthcare UK is seeking a highly skilled Senior Medical Coordinator to join our Float Team based in Central London. As a Senior Medical Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the continued provision of high-quality secretarial and administrative support to consultants across various specialties. Your duties will include managing patient appointments, liaising with patients and hospital staff, and maintaining accurate patient records.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide full secretarial support to consultants, including audio-typing of clinical/non-clinical material and reports.
• Arrange admissions, request investigations, and obtain test results using hospital data systems.
• Manage correspondence and telephone contacts appropriately.

Requirements:
• Previous medical secretarial experience.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology.
• Excellent attention to detail and typing skills.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus generous allowances and benefits.
