With offices in Victoria and Toronto, we have established ourselves as Canada's leading medical device design service provider.

Your Role
  • Lead and coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with project plans and goals.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Quality Assurance, Regulatory, and Production.
  • Maintain a focus on quality throughout the project lifecycle, adhering to regulatory standards and internal quality control processes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in NPI Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Manager, Product Management, or Project Engineering roles with product responsibility and ownership.
  • A degree or diploma in Engineering or related fields or relative experience in similar fields.
  • Strong planning, relationship building, and negotiation skills to create win/win situations for our customers and our company.
