Job Title: Medical Devices Service Coordinator

Estimated Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our Field Service team. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, preparing quotes, generating purchase orders, sourcing spare parts, and maintaining accurate stock levels.

You will work closely with our field service engineers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading manufacturer of technically advanced medical systems and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer calls and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and send quotes to customers in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Generate purchase orders and manage inventory levels to meet customer demands.
  • SOURCE AND SUPPLY SPARE PARTS TO SUPPORT FIELD SERVICE OPERATIONS.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including communication logs and issue resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and provide support for large-scale projects.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should have previous experience in a similar role and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a service administration or related role.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
