Medical Devices Service Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Medical Devices Service Specialist to join our team at TRS Consulting. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer calls and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare quotes and generate purchase orders to meet customer needs.
- Source spare parts and manage stock levels to ensure efficient operations.
- Book returns to head office for service and communicate with management as required.
Requirements
- Prior experience in service administration, preferably in the medical devices industry.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong numeracy skills and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in dealing with clients at all levels.
Compensation
The successful candidate can expect a salary of £26,000 to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
