This is an exciting opportunity for a Medical Device Training Specialist to join our team at Focus Resourcing. As a Medical Device Training Specialist, you will be responsible for providing face-to-face and online training on designated medical equipment to current and new clinical staff at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify Medical Device Training Needs:
  • Deliver or facilitate appropriate medical device training.
  • Supplement OEM Training:
  • Maintain the learning management system.
  • Advise and Support:
  • Assist in developing strategies for training.
Requirements
  • Experience:
  • Experience of using or training on a range of medical devices.
  • Excellent Communication Skills:
  • Delivering training in a clinical setting.
  • Good Understanding:
  • Clinical processes and conditions, indications for use of different medical devices, and their limitations.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
