About the Role:


This exciting opportunity involves conducting training sessions with end-users, such as surgeons and nursing teams, to ensure safe and efficient use of specialized surgical equipment. Additionally, you will support installation and provide hands-on demonstrations of surgical devices and equipment to medical staff, identifying opportunities for cross-promotion.



Your Key Responsibilities:



  1. Training and Education: Deliver comprehensive training programs to educate end-users on the safe and effective use of medical devices.
  2. Installation and Demonstration: Provide expert assistance with the installation of medical equipment and deliver detailed demonstrations to medical staff.
  3. Technical Support: Offer prompt technical assistance, field repairs, and maintenance for equipment, resolving first-line technical issues efficiently.


Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need:



Key Skills and Qualifications:



  1. Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in Medical Sales or Field Applications.
  2. Degree: A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  3. Travel: Willingness to travel up to 20% within the region.
  4. Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  5. Presentation: Effective in training and presenting to diverse audiences.
