Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Medical Devices Field Service Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing customer calls and responding to queries, preparing quotes, generating purchase orders, sourcing spare parts, managing stock levels, and performing administration tasks associated with a busy field service team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process customer calls and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner
  2. Prepare accurate quotes and provide excellent customer service
  3. Generate purchase orders and manage stock levels to ensure optimal inventory management
  4. SOURCE SPARE PARTS TO ENSURE MINIMAL DOWNTIME FOR CUSTOMERS
  5. Perform administrative duties associated with a busy field service team
  6. Book returns to head office for service
  7. Communicate with management to ensure optimal service levels are maintained
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have previous service administration experience, good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong numeracy skills, self-motivation, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £26,000-£30,000 depending on experience. This is a permanent full-time position, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
