Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our award-winning, multi-disciplinary development team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a critical role in strategically managing expectations with our customers, applying a risk management-centric approach, and mentoring junior project managers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategically manage expectations with customers
  2. Apply a risk management-centric approach to ensure project success
  3. Mentor junior project managers
  4. Oversight and direction of other project managers
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience managing similar projects
  • Previous experience as a Project Manager in a consulting environment
  • PMP certification is not required but desirable for experienced candidates
  • Experience with Software Development, CAD, FEA Analysis, Rapid Prototyping, PCB Layout, or Manufacturing processes is desired
