About Us:

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage the day-to-day activities of the Director of Undergraduate Medical Education and provide comprehensive project and administrative support.
  • To coordinate the development and implementation of Undergraduate Medical Education support systems, working collaboratively with senior staff members.
  • To prepare meetings, including agendas, documents, and minute-taking, and manage electronic files and documents.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years' recent administrative experience in a comparable role, preferably within the NHS or a related sector.
  • Implementation, development, and maintenance of administrative systems and processes, including records management and web-based systems.
  • Project Management experience, with the ability to work independently and use initiative.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills (oral and written).

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
