About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves working closely with the Director of Medical Education, Deputy Directors, and the Education Academy Senior Team to ensure the Trust meets its contractual requirements and maintains a supportive learning environment for medical students and doctors in training. As Medical Education and Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating medical education programs, ensuring effective delivery of education and training, and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate medical education programs at the site, including undergraduate, postgraduate, and faculty development
  • Manage local delivery of medical education programs, utilizing resources effectively
  • Maintain systems and processes for record-keeping, capturing measurable activity, and reporting into educational governance structures
  • Work closely with the Director/Deputy Director of Medical Education, Foundation Programme Training Directors, Undergraduate Dean, and the Education Academy to ensure trainees and students are supported
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with experience in administration, data analysis, and reporting, as well as administrative experience in an NHS or medical education environment. Proven track record of administration experience in a complex environment is essential, along with supervision and line management of staff. Project management experience and knowledge of medical education are desirable.

Salary
