  • Safety and Comfort: Safely transport patients within the hospital and assist with personal belongings, promoting comfort and dignity.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with filing, sorting mail, managing patient documentation, and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Communication: Facilitate clear communication between patients, visitors, and hospital departments, resolving issues promptly.
