Join us as a Complaints and Conduct Coordinator, providing expert advice on student casework policies and procedures. You will work closely with our Directorate of Education and Training, ensuring efficient and effective processes.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Provide expert advice to the Directorate on student casework policies and procedures
  • Coordinate and oversee efficient and effective student casework processes
  • Triage incoming cases quickly to identify urgent action required

The successful candidate will have relevant work experience and/or education in higher education or a regulatory environment. Experience working with partner organisations and/or PSRB is also essential.

We offer a competitive salary range of £35,964 to £43,780 per annum, including HCAS, and opportunities for growth and development within our organisation.
