Key Responsibilities

The Conduct Risk Specialist will be responsible for working within the Conduct and Complaints team in London, reporting to the Head of Conduct and Complaints.

The role involves managing risk and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly in relation to consumer duty and product governance (PROD 4).

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a Conduct Risk role within the insurance industry, and a good understanding of Lloyds and London Market practices.
