Job Title: Financial Conduct Authority Advisor

Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Conduct Authority Advisor to join our team at Compliance Professionals. As a key member of our compliance department, you will be responsible for providing advice on regulatory matters related to our business operations.

The ideal candidate will have a detailed knowledge of the UK regulatory environment, as well as experience in completing compliance monitoring or audit-style reviews. You will work closely with our Compliance Manager to review and provide guidance on marketing and financial promotions, and oversee breaches, errors, and complaints.

You will also manage the compliance responsibilities for the provision of data/information for timetabled and ad-hoc RFPs and DDQs, and prepare committee reports as required. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing and updating compliance policies and procedures as needed.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with other members of the Compliance team to ensure that our business remains compliant with all relevant regulations. If you have a good understanding of the FCA's Senior Managers and Certification Regime and how it applies to the role, we would love to hear from you.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Detailed knowledge of the UK regulatory environment
