About the Position

Eames Consulting is working closely with a Lloyd's insurer to identify a highly skilled Senior Conduct Risk Analyst for their London-based team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Conduct Risk function and overseeing the Consumer Duty Framework.

The main duties include:

  • Coordinating data exchanges with brokers and managing the annual Fair Value process.
  • Preparing detailed reports for the Senior Conduct Risk Compliance Officer.
  • Participating in regulatory reviews, audits, and risk assessments.
  • Analysing Conduct Risk data and creating informative dashboards.
  • Aiding the implementation of objectives related to Complaints and Conduct Risk.
  • Facilitating communication between departments on Conduct Risk matters and ensuring timely regulatory compliance.

Estimated Annual Salary: £65,000 - £80,000
