Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our International Financial Crime Compliance team as a Conduct Risk and Ethics Expert. The successful candidate will report directly to the EMEA Head of ABC, Corporate Fraud and Ethics and will be responsible for supporting the development and oversight of our Conduct Risk Framework and day-to-day operations of the Ethics and Anti-Bribery and Corruption programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and guidance in areas such as conflict of interest, gifts and entertainment, and personal account dealing activity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and mitigate risks associated with Conduct Risk, Ethics, and Anti-Bribery.
  • Provide advice and guidance to business partners, including senior management, on compliance with applicable laws, rules, and standards.
Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of Conduct Risk, Ethics, and Anti-Bribery.
  • Proven experience in compliance, auditing, and regulatory matters.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Estimated Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per annumBenefits
