Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Global Conduct Risk Specialist to join our team at Northern Trust. As a key member of our International Financial Crime Compliance department, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of our Conduct Risk Framework.

Your responsibilities will include reviewing potential conflicts of interest, conducting risk assessments, and providing advice on compliance matters. You will also work closely with business partners, including senior management, to ensure that all activities are aligned with our company's policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of Conduct Risk, Ethics, and Anti-Bribery policies and regulations. You will also require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

$150,000 - $220,000 per annum.
