Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to assist in managing the Conduct Risk elements of our International Compliance function, ensuring it meets company and regulatory expectations. This includes working with the business to complete product outcome reviews, dealing with internal and external stakeholders, and managing the annual Fair Value exercise on the VisRisk system solution.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing progress update reports to the Senior Compliance Officer - Conduct Risk, assisting in obtaining appropriate Conduct Risk-related management information, and liaising with business units as required. They will also be responsible for responding to Conduct Risk queries comprehensively and in a timely manner, and assisting with the completion and submission of Conduct Risk-related Lloyd's and regulatory returns.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of Conduct Risk and Compliance principles, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and have experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing compliance-related objectives.
