About the Job

Quilter Cheviot is seeking a Complaints Team Leader to join its Oversight - Complaints department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the investigation and administration of complaints and remediation cases, as well as supporting individual complaints specialists in their investigations.

Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority complaints requirements, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, and liaising with internal stakeholders and external third parties. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within a complaints/remediation environment and a strong understanding of financial planning.

The estimated salary for this position is £62,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards. Benefits include 182 hours (26 days) of holiday, the Quilter Incentive Scheme, a non-contributory pension scheme, private medical insurance, and life assurance.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have strong IT skills, excellent communication skills, and experience of working in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using Microsoft packages is also essential.
