About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Team Leader to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our front desk operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all front office activities, including check-in/check-out processes, reservations, and guest services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless check-in/check-out processes for guests.
  • Manage reservations and coordinate with other departments as needed.
  • Provide exceptional guest service and address any complaints or issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the Front Office Manager to develop and implement new procedures and policies.
  • Lead by example and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a front office role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software, preferably Opera Cloud.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
