Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Head Waiter to join our front-of-house team. As the successful candidate, you will play a central role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing the waitstaff, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the front-of-house team, overseeing the dining experience and ensuring high service standards.
  2. Supervise and mentor waitstaff, providing guidance to maintain a positive work environment.
  3. Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and prompt resolution.
  4. Collaborate with the management team to organize and execute private events and functions.
  5. Assist in training and development programs for front-of-house staff.
  6. Monitor reservation systems and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Proven experience as a Head Waiter or in a similar front-of-house role within the hospitality industry.
  2. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
