About the Position:

Your responsibilities will include meeting room management, scheduling coordination, and administrative tasks, all while upholding the highest levels of professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative team culture, driving exceptional results through clear communication and effective delegation.
  • Meeting Room Management: Coordinate efficient scheduling, setup, and maintenance of meeting rooms, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Hands-On Reception Duties: Provide a warm welcome to clients and visitors, maintaining high levels of professionalism and integrity.
  • Service Excellence: Uphold and deliver 5-star customer service standards, reflecting our company's values and ethos.
  • Operational Oversight: Monitor daily operations, coordinate with catering and facilities teams as needed.

Requirements:
We seek an experienced candidate with a strong background in reception management, preferably in a corporate setting. You must possess excellent communication and leadership skills, experience in managing small teams, prioritizing tasks effectively, and maintaining exceptional service standards.
