Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Reception and Hospitality Host to join our team. This role is a combination of front-of-house reception, food and beverage service, and AV assistance. As a key member of our client services team, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding experience for our clients and their guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for clients and their guests.
  • Assist with the running of internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Collaborate with the Guest Service team and Food and Beverage team to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues to understand their needs and preferences.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in corporate customer service or reception operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and audio-visual equipment.
