Company OverviewPortico Corporate Reception Management is a leading provider of corporate reception services. We are seeking a highly skilled Reception Services Manager to oversee our team and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Manage a large team within a corporate environment
- Oversee event planning, reception, switchboard, and AV services teams
- Set and monitor service standards to ensure a high level of service across the board
We are looking for a proactive candidate with experience in managing multiple departments in a busy environment. Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience of managing a large team within a corporate or five-star hospitality environment
- Ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative ideas to improve processes
- Excellent time management and leadership skills
