Job Description
At Novotel London Greenwich, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable memories for our guests. We are seeking a talented and ambitious Front Office Team Leader to join our team and lead our front office operations to new heights.



Key Responsibilities
As a Front Office Team Leader, you will be responsible for directing daily front office operations, ensuring efficient and courteous service, and supervising and supporting the Front Office team. You will also be responsible for attending to credit problems, ensuring effective communication of new and updated information regarding policies, rates, and general hotel information, and performing any other duties as directed by the Front Office Management.



Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, be exceptionally organized with the ability to efficiently prioritize tasks, and be able to remain calm under pressure. You will also need to be able to work a flexible roster including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
