Front Office Team Leader

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Front Office Team Leader to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our reception team, you will be responsible for managing the team during shifts, ensuring all procedures are followed, and providing exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the team during shifts, ensuring all procedures are followed
- Welcome guests as soon as they arrive with care and attention, using a personalized approach
- Anticipate guests' needs and find suitable solutions
- Convey the hotel image and promote the company's loyalty program
- Assist with guest feedback and handle it efficiently
- Provide knowledge of the hotel's facilities and services, and actively promote them
- Ensure all operations concerning guests' arrival and departure are carried out in compliance with payment procedures
- Inform guests about formalities and special conditions relating to their stay
- Contribute to the department's qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements
- A background in Hotel Operations, ideal for someone eager to take the next step towards a leadership position
- Knowledge of Opera/Opera Cloud PMS is advantageous but not essential
- The ability to work under pressure, multitask, and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues
- Strong communication skills and pride in personal presentation
- A natural ability to surprise guests with authentic guest service
