Front of House/Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front of House/Office Manager. As the first point of contact for colleagues and clients, you will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere in our 11,000 sq ft office space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, meeting rooms, and kitchen facilities.
  • Coordinate meetings, including set-up and video conferencing.
  • Organize internal events, including booking catering facilities and arranging lunches.
  • Act as the main point of contact and liaison for employees in the London office.
  • Liaise with Facilities, Contractors, and Building Manager regarding maintenance or cleaning issues.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
