You'll be responsible for managing a team of Complaints Specialists, ensuring they meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing coaching and development opportunities to help them grow in their roles.

A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in helping us achieve our goal of becoming the investment super app of the future. We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, has excellent communication and negotiation skills, and can think strategically to drive business growth.
