Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Complaints Facilitator to join our team. The role involves providing a comprehensive and high-quality complaints service to patients and relatives, with a focus on early resolution.

Main Duties
  • Managing a caseload of complaints from initial contact to providing a quality response
  • Liaising with clinical teams and producing reports to support improvement work
  • Developing and delivering high-quality communications and reporting
Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • At least two years of experience in the NHS complaints regulations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong IT and interpersonal skills
  • A high level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is around £55,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
