Complaints Facilitator Manager

Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Complaints Facilitator to join our team. The role involves providing a comprehensive and high-quality complaints service to patients and relatives, with a focus on early resolution.
Main Duties- Managing a caseload of complaints from initial contact to providing a quality response
- Liaising with clinical teams and producing reports to support improvement work
- Developing and delivering high-quality communications and reporting
We are looking for someone with:
- At least two years of experience in the NHS complaints regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong IT and interpersonal skills
- A high level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills
The estimated salary for this role is around £55,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
