Our abstinence-oriented, 12 Step informed programme has been a cornerstone of our success since 1988. We're committed to providing high-quality, patient-centred care, with a strong focus on clinical governance and quality assurance.

As a leader in the UK and European rehab field, we treat up to 82 patients onsite and many more via teletherapy. Our clinics and networks span Ireland, London, the Netherlands, and Sweden.

  • Oversee clinical governance and quality assurance, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Lead a team of Operations Manager, Unit Leads, Head Nurse, and Admissions, providing strategic and operational oversight.
  • Ensure readiness for HIS inspections and maintain the risk register.
  • Handle and respond to complaints and incidents, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
  • Develop and maintain hospital policies and procedures.
  • Manage risk assessment processes and ensure quality improvement.
  • Experience in risk management, quality assurance, and accreditation is essential.
  • A decisive leader capable of translating policy into practical action.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of medical, pharmacological, and psychological treatment of addictions.
  • Experience with e-health management systems, including electronic medical records and customer relations management systems.
  • Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
  • Skilled in policy review and compliance.
  • Ability to manage risk and ensure quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Experience in risk management, quality assurance, and accreditation.

  • Experience with e-health management systems, including electronic medical records and customer relations management systems.

  • Ability to manage risk and ensure quality improvement.
