Complaints Oversight Manager

Great Lakes Insurance SE is seeking a Complaints Oversight Manager to join our team in London, UK. As a key member of our Complaint Management Function, you will be responsible for ensuring that our complaint handling practices are robust and compliant with regulatory requirements.
About the Role:
- Manage the daily operations of the complaint management function
- Provide advice and guidance on matters relating to regulated complaint handling
- Assess and monitor the complaint handling practices of our outsource providers
- Prepare and submit compulsory complaint reports
- Use complaint system functionality to produce meaningful insights
Key Skills & Experience:
- FCA complaints and conduct standards knowledge
- Experience of delivering a change project in a business environment
- Customer Orientation
- Analysis / Problem Solving
Qualifications and Educational Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent knowledge and experience
- ACII (or making significant progress towards)
Regulatory & Conduct Requirements:
- Ensure compliance with Insurance Distribution Directive
- Liaising with all relevant regulatory bodies in the UK
