Job Title: Head of Assurance & Oversight

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Assurance and Oversight team. As Head of Assurance and Oversight, you will be responsible for ensuring the organization meets its legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure compliance with policies and address any issues that arise.
  • Manage the assurance, complaints, and incident management teams.
  • Take responsibility for the Complaints, Compliments, and Comments (CCC) system and Datix Cloud IQ.
  • Analyze data from assurance activities, complaints, and incidents, and prepare clear reports for senior leadership.
  • Work with teams across the organization to share insights, promote compliance, and drive best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven skills in analyzing data, identifying risks, and presenting solutions clearly to a range of audiences.
  • A background in managing assurance, risk, or governance functions, ideally within a large and complex organization.
  • The ability to remain flexible and handle changing priorities while meeting tight deadlines.
